What you should know
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of the goods. If the order was delivered in multiple shipments, this period starts from the receipt of the last parcel.

- The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer. We will refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs, up to the value of the cheapest delivery option offered.
