Shipping and prices
We will deliver the goods to you by the courier company "Packeta" to the address you specified as the delivery address, or choose the delivery location of Zásielkovňa s.r.o., or to Z-BOX.
We will inform you by e-mail that we are sending you the goods. The email will contain information about the estimated delivery date and a link to track your shipment online.
The price of delivery of the parcel is €6 including VAT within the Slovak Republic when delivered to an address, €3 including VAT within the Slovak Republic when delivered to the Zásielkovne delivery point.
If you order goods worth more than €100 including VAT, we will deliver the shipment to you for free within the SR.
Installation of the goods is not included in the delivery of the goods.
Delivery time
If the goods are marked "in stock" we will deliver the goods within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
If the goods are marked "delivery within 7 days", we will deliver the goods within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
If the goods are marked "delivery within 14 days", we will deliver the goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the goods within the stated dates, we will contact you and jointly agree on a solution.
Export restrictions
We send the goods only within the territory of the Slovak Republic.
