Payment options

• By bank transfer to the account number shown in the transfer instructions. For the stated delivery time to be valid, please pay within 5 days. We will send you an invoice by email.
• Payment gateway TrustPay and CardPay. You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.  <>
  

Shipping and pricing

We will deliver your goods by courier company "Packeta" to the address you have provided as the delivery address, or choose the delivery point of the company's delivery service, or to Z-BOX.

We will inform you by email that we are sending the goods to you. The email will contain information about the expected delivery date and a link to track your shipment online.

The price of delivery is 6 € incl. VAT within the Slovak Republic when delivered to an address, 3 € incl. VAT within the Slovak Republic when delivered to a dispatch point of the Parcel Office.

If you order goods worth over 100 € with VAT, we will deliver the parcel free of charge within the Slovak Republic.
If you choose the option (cash on delivery) when you do not take delivery, it is a breach of the contract of sale and in accordance with the terms and conditions we may require payment of shipping costs;

The delivery of the goods does not include the installation of the goods.

Delivery time

If the item is marked "in stock" we will deliver the item within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

If the item is marked "delivery within 7 days" we will deliver the item within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the order.

If the goods are marked "delivery within 14 days" we will deliver the goods within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the order.

In the event that we are unable to deliver the goods within the stated deadlines, we will contact you and together agree on a solution.
